Burlesque a Retrospective Book Launch - this Friday
So I have been a busy little bee for the last few months and it culminates in a book launch this Friday 29th October! Held at Red Bennies on Chapel St, the doors will open at 8pm for book signings and the show kicks off at 9pm.
Tickets are $20 which entitles you to a night of fantastic Burlesque performance AND $5 off the price of the book.

Chinese New Year
I was extremely late getting into the city yesterday and then had the joyful experience of driving around for 40 minutes trying to find a park – wasnt game enough to take a train since very few trains actually work in Melbourne now days…

Oromia Festival
I was in Fed Square killing time before meeting with some friends at Transport and what do ya know there was a festival!!

It was a great atmosphere and I couldnt believe that the lovely Oromian ladies were walking around giving out free tea, coffee and breads – very very nice the tea by the way.

Polish Festival
Went to the Polish festival at Fed Square today with my parents who are visiting from NZ. I got to try some Potato Pancakes (yummo) and some ravioli type things (even more yummo) – DID NOT partake of the beer garden, that would have been very interesting to say the least!

30x30 Art Exhibition
Hello guys

The Rocky Horror Picture Show
So I decided to go for a galavant (you get the gist) today and found myself at Fed Square for the Guinness World Record attempt for the most people doing the Time Warp from The Rocky Horror Picture Show (incidentally written by Richard O’Brien from little ol Hamilton, NZ)
