Beautiful, variety, do you make the beads and are you a jewellery maker? I’ve been making a few months now and seem to be a little addicted! Love these blues, very summery!
Certainly bead making can be addictive – I moved to slumping then a bead inport business – the colour messes with our heads These beads have are double thickness silver foil layer whick fractures into beautiful patterns when the bead is squashed to tablet shape. They are make for export by men in purdil Nagar or Purdilpur – about 60km north of Agra in Utta Pradesh – they hire a place at a glory hole in a big wood fired furnace to make these beads.
Intruiging, these beads in particular make great for wire wrapping and turning into beautiful one off jewellery and watch pieces – I know I have had so much fun with similar… ;D And oh yes, the colour messes with our heads but then so does anything pretty and sparkly and gliterry and… lol.
