Well, you did it well here, that’s for sure! : ) I do find that sometimes my emotions seem VERY jumbled, but often when I make the time to put them into words, they settle down a LOT! : ) LOL I actually have a photo called ‘journaling’ in which the description speaks to this phenomenon.
