My cat Midnight.

Probably the only time she’s ever held that still for me.
And probably the only really good close up shot I’ll get of her eye. I sort of lured her in with the photography light. It was warm and so naturally she wanted to lay in front of it. I think I took this with my macro lens, but I can’t remember.

Holy cow. I’ve burned many a roll of film trying to get an image like this. Absolutely gorgeous.

Cool – I can see the curl of your fingers around the camera in her eye. Lol – my cat would be all F you get outta my face.

  • Yeah it’s like the moment I bring out the camera, she either runs away, turns her head right as I’m clicking the shutter button or she tries to attack the camera.

Great work! I’m still trying to get any decent pic of my cats… they just won’t co-operate!!! : )

  • Thank you. I know it’s so hard. My cat rarely holds still. This was a rare opportunity.
