Broken

When you are at the end of your tether
And the rope is getting frayed
You dont think you can hold on much longer
You arms are starting to ache

The chasm widening beneath you
Suddenly looks quite welcoming
It would be easy to let go
And stop the torment you are in

Your head is pounding, you cant think
Your arms can take no more
You whisper “help”, there’s no one there
the rope has broken, you’re in dispair.

Broken

A cry for help. Sometimes, the rope needed is the one made from your own faith in your self, your self-worth, your strength inside. The strength is always there, though sometimes, it is hidden very deeply.

    Thank you for your comment,
I seem to only write when I am feeling down, and it does make me feel better.
Sometimes I feel like my strength is hidden so deeply that I will never find it, but I am ok-really, just had a rubbish day.
