Marionette
being controlled is no way to live…in fact it is not living…..
Her skin is as pale as black charcoal
Strung upon a silver wire
Soaring on the wings of the wind
Trapped in juxtaposition between deceit and desire
She lives a melodramatic life within a mirage
The silence of time spinning a web around her immortal soul
An ivory winter grasps her snow-stung face
And unrelentingly cracks her fragile porcelain mask
A lonely mortal wandering the painful earth
Her blood evaporated by the heat of the hellfire
Reality pierces her fake angelic smile
And a spider crawls from her golden mouth
She abhors the putrid air that she breathes
The love and hate relationship that exists subconsciously
She is forced to dance upon a magic periwinkle stage
Suspended by string like a marionette
In the pantomime of a vampire
demon
WOW….again another masterful piece, this says so much, and I just love the line And a spider crawls from her golden mouth Hope the strings are severed and the marionette can dance to her own tune and beat…Beautiful writing from a beautiful soul…Hugggs xoxox
