I’ve been creating abstract illusion art for many years with pens and markers. Now, at RedBubble, I have the chance to see if anyone else likes my art. It’s pretty crazy stuff: perspectives keep shifting and the colors are blinding! But it’s unique. The detail is even better if you view larger. Let me know what you think.
My aunt once said to me, on seeing a few of my very early productions, “Don’t ever take art lessons. What you do would be spoiled by the opinions and demands of art teachers.” In a sense, I think she was wise. In another sense, I think art lessons can at least teach a person how to use the tools effectively. But overall, I really believe that art is an expression of the inner landscape of each person. Who can be the judge of another’s inner landscape and say there is only one way to portray it?
