It’s danged tough to walk in the snow when it’s up to your shoulders. I’ve never really tried it, but somehow, I don’t think I would have done as well as my Cocker, Stevey. YAY for Stevey in 18 inches of snow!! He was doing a great job getting back to me!

This photograph was shot with a Canon 40D, equipped with a 70mm wide angle lens in West Chester, PA.

My life is like a well read book that’s never ending, at least for this moment in time. As I continually add new chapters to my book, I find that my photography plays a big part in it. This is most especially true as my great love and fascination with Mother Naure never wanes. It’s my hope that you, too, will share my joy as the pages in my book of life continue to flip forward! My Very Best, Polly Peacock

Sooooo cute!!! Our pets are really having a tough time in this one!!!

  • Hiya Lori! Yup, it was quite the storm, huh? Once the plows came through we were able to get out and boy did Stevey play – I had to rip race with him because he was so excited!! This is his first big snow, as he was born in CA and recently came back with me!! Thanks so much! Also, please let me know when you all are doing any type of photo albums – Lois told me about the snow geese – unfortunately I have appts. and can’t make that one, but hope to catch up with you perhaps at the prison in Philly!! I really want to meet you all :)))

poor little thing, my mothers dog is having the same problem. lol great capture

  • Thanks Kath! As it turned out, once I got shoveled out to the road, we had a blast running in the snow – it’s all Stevey wanted to do!! He does this bean dance thing – if you can imagine a kidney bean, curved side up and then it hopping – that’s what he looks like – too funny!! :))))
