“The Road to Farmville,” has had 19 favoritings and1,527 views!

Ask me where I was when I took this and I will tell you somewhere in Chester County, Pennsylvania, near the Maryland border off of Rt. 1 in USA. I have a tendency to take off beat back roads and get totally lost! Often times I run into beautiful scenery that I never would have seen, had I of not been a bit adventurous! So on that note, welcome to Farmville!! :))) This photograph was captured with a Canon 40D equipped with a 70mm wide angle lens and processed with an Orton effect.

My life is like a well read book that’s never ending, at least for this moment in time. As I continually add new chapters to my book, I find that my photography plays a big part in it. This is most especially true as my great love and fascination with Mother Naure never wanes. It’s my hope that you, too, will share my joy as the pages in my book of life continue to flip forward! My Very Best, Polly Peacock

    SMACK IN THE FACE.
That’s how I felt when I saw this for the first instant.
    The color just says POW…..
If it wasn’t for the ilo’s and trees being straight vertical, you would think that this was lob-sided… ( a visual thing )
We don’t have silo’s like this in Australia…
    Good one P.P.

  • So glad that you like it even though you got smacked in the face – lol!! xoxo!! :)))

So Beautiful Polly!!!! BigD and I actually took some side roads on the way to Conowingo Dam. I ended up looking on Google earth and actually figured out where we took pics I had no idea – I just had a general idea where took a turn!

  • Thanks so much!! LOL – it’s easy to get lost out there – roads like Friend’s Meeting Lane…etc. I was on some very small roads and loving every minute of it! I had gone to Conowingo to try to spot some Eagles, but no such luck…
