Artist's Description

Nestled in the wooded hills reaching down to the Patapsco River, Oella, Maryland is a time capsule — a step back into history. Named for the first woman to spin cotton in America, the village owes its creation to the presence of immense water power. Fortunately, the old Cotton Mill has been preserved! This shot was taken through a window of an antique shop that was located within the old Mill.
