Stevey, our incredible little Cocker Spaniel, was found as a stray in a large California town. He was one year old and only wieghed 15 pounds. He was immediately taken to a Vet’s Hospital, where he stayed for an entire week, in order to take care of his many ailments. Luckily for Stevey, he was rescued by Sacramento Independent Resucuers and not left in the Animal Shelter to be euthanized. Immediately after his hospitals stay, Stevey was fostered out. His new Mom, Terri, had to spoon feed him wet food to get him to eat and gain weight. Two months later we adopted Stevey and he is now extremely loved, in a warm home, with food and water and most of all he shows great gratitude and unconditional love due to new surroundings as of a year ago!!! This photograph was taken with a Canon XTI, equipped with a 70mm wide angle lens. The hat was added for special effects.
