As a very young girl – between 6 and 8 I lived in the town of Chadds Ford. There wasn’t much to it, other than a general store and the Church that was almost directly across the street from us. My Brother and I would walk to the general store to get comic books, hand in hand. On Sunday’s we went to this Church. Constructed by stone, the Church was constructed by stone. I didn’t appreciate it much then. However, as I have grown older and hopefully wiser, I can see how it was lovingly constructed and made to serve all. It has gorgeous stained glass windows and the bell tower at the top, makes it even that more special!
This photograph was shot with a Canon 40D, equipped with an 18-200mm lens and converted to sepia, as I felt it had an old feel to it. It is located in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania. USA.
