USA’s Colorado National Monument’s redstone formations often stand out as if they are majestic statues patiently waiting to be worshipped by people such as me. Sandstone strata can be seen with various shades of different colors. The Colorado River runs beneath the park, which adds even more flavor to the spectacular scenery. I totally adore parks like this, because no matter where you go there is a photo waiting to be shot! This photograph was taken with a Canon XT equipped with a 75-300mm zoom.

My life is like a well read book that’s never ending, at least for this moment in time. As I continually add new chapters to my book, I find that my photography plays a big part in it. This is most especially true as my great love and fascination with Mother Naure never wanes. It’s my hope that you, too, will share my joy as the pages in my book of life continue to flip forward! My Very Best, Polly Peacock
