The parts department. Behind each of these fences used to be a thriving crew of clerks who would dispense the required parts needed to repair rifles & shotguns that were found defective in the test range on the floor below.

These days, only demolition crews and other adventurers such as myself wander these barren floors. The occasional pigeon dives in through a smashed window and clatters to rest on a light fixture as the wind rattles the doors of the fire escape, all hanging ajar on their hinges.
