CONGRATULATIONS

wow- thank-you Virginia— and that’s a pretty amazing image of a crab— years since I caught crabs
to be very honest, I didn’t know what I was doing, but struggling with something new. I had a 50mm 2.5 lens, but the store sold it to me with a wrong extension and it was funky. Later I took the lens to the store to inquire about the funkiness and they told me that actually it was a mismatch. I didn’t point out to them they sold me the mismatch. I’d already seen the price for the lens and the converter listed, so no mater what I had a real deal.
So the store assistant went to find the appropriate extension and came back with something else. He wasn’t so happy, but told me that they had only the ext for the 60mm 2.8. I asked him if I could put it on the 100. he concurred. I was happy with this and ordered the converter for 50mm 2.5 and bought the 25II for 60.
So if you have a new toy, you must play with it… I walked out the door the next morning and ladybirds were emerging and it was perfect situation for me to struggle with extension on 100 and 60 mm2.8. I alternated lenses, but I got very disoriented at times. Fortunately I was lying on ground because I got vertigo.
the converter for 50mm 2.5 never came— 1year 7months and I never received it. Not fault of store— Canon is negligent. I’ve now added a 1.4 and 2x extension, so have 4 extensions. The mismatched extension was slapped onto 100mm 2.8 and the 25II was kept on 60.
