this one is a bad ladybug, Anna. It is an invasive friend that was imported from China to US to control pests on cotton crops, but it did m more than control. It cannibalized the native US speicies and then got shppied to Europe as stowaway and spread from England over to continental Europe— It imitates other ladybugs. Often it is very hard to detect because it looks exactly like another species except the white cheek patches. and it is now declared international pest. So Sean Avery has a long way to go before he becomes a serious pest.
