Blue.
Her Eyes were Blue
The Cornflower Blue of a bright Summers day
Only slightly cloudy.
Her Lips were Blue
A dull blue like the ocean on a Winters day
With a hint of Grey
She was cold
Oh so cold
I wanted to hold her and share my warmth
But she couldn’t feel any more
She had gone away and she was never coming back
I am blue.

Blue

Just my morbid imagination at work here ;-)

I like the transition at the end to the mother.
