(1989 Views) Location : In Big Bend Ranch State Park (Lajitas, Texas) stands the Contrabando movie set. Mini-series “Streets of Laredo” was filmed there. The church is fake, but makes for good photography.

I am a published fine art photographer. I experiment with a variety of subjects such as still life, nature, animals and documentary. My work offers a unique perspective that is simple, yet bold, rich with contrast and color, and lends itself to storytelling that leaves the viewer deciding the plot.

  • Thanks…yes I have loads of pics from the movie set. My friend was in the movie as an extra…he’s the one who saved the little from drowning. He is from Terlingua. He was a great host.
