Welcome, my name is Phillip, and I’d like to thank you for visiting my gallery. I live in Birmingham, Alabama, which is located in the southeast region of the United States.

Several years ago I rediscovered my long lost passion, and entered the much cleaner digital world of photography. I enjoy photographing nature, landscapes, and historical subjects.

Gorgeous Phillip!! not a plant I have heard off but very pretty!! – great details and lighting!!

  • Thanks Kate! I can’t say that I’m that familiar with the name either. However, we happen to find it in a small book of wildflowers. I sure that there is another name. If it was just up to me I would have just called them “those little white flowers with the yellow do-dads”. LOL

They are daisies, really, aren’t they?
No, I am kidding. My knowledge of plants is pretty limited at best, so I have learnt a new one right here!
I love the dark background and the way you’ve focused this – the whole composition is excellent. I really like it.

  • Right! That sounds good to me. LOL Thanks Ruscara!
