1 February 2009: The weekend really turned it on, this beauty was captured behind the rocks at Snapper of Froggy. In the foreground you can see a body-boarder making his way towards what one could easily be forgiven thinking is impending doom! Check back later for a shot of body boarder on a similar beauty!

This shot was captured using my camera (Canon 40D) with using the really long lens (500mm). ISO 320, F6.3, 1/1600 – was a bit on the overexposed side so adjusted brightness and contrast in Canon Photo Professional, cropped in Photoshop to get rid of some foreground wash. No tripod – handheld! Enjoy, Paul
