Such a majestic recognisable mountain captured so well. Love the crisp detail and the shaows across the foreground

Thank you Stuart, it is recognisable but surprisingly for a mountain so tall it appears and disappears depending on your position.

Its hard to choose which one of your excellent skiing images is the best, but I think my vote would go on this one. Excellent Steve.

  • Thanks Trevor, it was hard to decide which images to upload as the views around there were superb in all directions, but I did like this one myself with the cloud build up.

I remember reading a story about this mountain in elementary school, but I don’t remember the name of the book. Great capture!

  • Thank you Crystal glad you like it.

stunning capture Steve, such a beautiful place.. Did you enjoy your stay ?

  • Hi shaz, yes the stay was great, the first 4 days were really bright and sunny so was ideal for skiing and photography, then we had 2 days of poor visibility and snowstorms.
