This watercolour was done for the ‘Painting the Town’ Art Competition held in Ross, Tasmania. It is currently on display at the Man’o’Ross Hotel. I chose to make it monochrome to give it an olde worlde atmosphere as Ross is one of the oldest towns in Tasmania -lots of sandstone.
Update – this one won the ’People’s Choice’ award at above exhibition!
