This original watercolour was done from my memory of the Tamar River. I had rowed that morning and the colours were simply beautiful. Later that day I tried to replicate my memories onto paper. I used Saunders Waterford 300 gsm rough paper.

Impressive work Pauline!
Your kind comment is really appreciated. Thanks very much.
Hi Pauline – you have definately captured the Tamar in the work. The stillness of the water and the mist rising. Well done
Thanks Julie. Yeh, it was a morning much like today – cold start, but lovely sunny day to follow. Cheers.
So nicely painted, Pauline!
Thank you so much Pat – for your comment, for favouriting some of my work and for kindly putting me on your watchlist. I am flattered. I have had a little stroll through your garden – flowers are certainly your passion! I just love ‘Autumn Gold’.
Cheers – lovely news!
