Remarkable waterfront and lighting, and beautiful reflections. I didn’t realize that Pittsburgh was founded where the two rivers meet. And what are you standing on or hanging from, to take this shot?

Yes they built a fort there and battles were fought there in the Spanish American war remnants remain still a block house from many years ago still stands

i always enjoyed taking the tram ride up Mt. Washington to the overlook. a great city indeed. i went to university of Pitt for two years before transferring down south. beautiful scenic shot of the confluence. cheers from a fellow Steeler’s Fan.
