Featured in Going Coastal – December 5, 2012

Along the Road to Hana in Maui, (Hawaii, U.S.) there are many well known places to stop and admire the view or the water falls. Driving down to the end of Nahiku Road is one of the lesser known things to do, but well worth the 3 mile diversion down to the coast. It has sweeping views of the coastline, and wonderful waves crashing into the rocks. Along the way, you may see road side tables with bargain prices on local fruits or tropical flowers sold by residents. It was one of my favorite things along the Road to Hana.
