Magdalene & Child
Magdalene & Child is a personal expression. The design starts with a contour drawing then a variety of treatments and media directions. It is 18’x24” assembled with fragments of colored papers in a continuous building process, similar to that for a painting. The color nuances are treated by collaging over initially glued down shapes.
