The Flavour of Blue

dipping my fingers in blue paint for writing workshop

The Flavour of Blue belongs to the following groups:

Graphic Scratch, The Word Tree and WMG

It tastes tangy and sweet; globes of exploding berries lacing your cheeks with violet juice that’s so tart and sugary it makes you smile.

It sounds like Joni Mitchell on the tape player under a clear sky of stars that renders you helpless to anything but wishing for your person.

It smells like cobalt clouds heavy with a summer storm rolling in over the sea, trails and streams of rain and salt blurring the line of the horizon.

It feels like the flame in his eyes that ignites at the sight of you and all you can do is twirl in the indigo light.

Holly…this is so stunning. It’s like breathing, tasting, and seeing the vision of my somewhere out there for me person. This is a roller coaster of word delight, coating my skin and coaxing my heart into pumping for something other then just oxygen. Pumping for that person, and his flavour of blue.

it feels like the flame in his eyes that ignites at the sight of you and all you can do is twirl in the indigo light

Utterly gorgeous. Sets me to weeping…all over again.
