The Watering Hole
Hand drawn,Prisma colored pencils
Another scene from “The Jungle Book”. Hoping to do an illustrated book in honor of one of my favorite stories, “The Jungle Book” by Rudyard Kipling. i only have 3 done so far, and i think i started this project in the 1980’s, or 1990’s during my trailer years when i was most creative. Thanks to Paul Compton and darkestartist, they just started this awesome new group
“Art Influenced By Literature”, and a lot of my projects are from books i have loved forever and wish to illustrate for. i haven’t gotten far in these ventures, a lot are still in the reference stages, but with this great new group i’m hoping to get my creative flames burning bright & start creating again.
The Watering Hole belongs to the following groups:
Fine Arts Influenced by Literature, Pencil Drawing (2 per 24 hrs) and The Patchwork Available for sale asGreeting Cards, Matted Prints, Laminated Prints, Mounted Prints, Canvas Prints, Framed Prints and Posters
