Dunvegan Castle
The seat of Clan McLeod at Dunvegan on Skye.
This was taken from the sea with me sitting in a very small boat on kinda choppy water but I think it worked ok.

This is good, very very good. Could almost be a painting. This is not the usual view of the castle and looks superb when you see it against the backdrop of the rugged Skye landscape.

this is spectacular Jen; what a beautiful castle I love the rugged BG the castle looks so elegant. It does look like a painting.

Great view of the castle. From most viewpoints it is not the most pictureque castle (I know as I have a number of shots of it that I would not want to share), but you mangaed to find a great viewpoint. Well done …

This was taken from the little boat that takes you out round the bay to see Seals … you’ll need to try it next time you visit Dunvegan

The castle is beautiful, Jen, especially with the wonderful and varied shades of green from the trees and shrubbery to the water. A truly lovely shot! – Pat
