Three stones in the shallows of Loch Ness.

I loved the sunlight approaching from the top-right, the abstract view of the water more as a sheet on which the stones are placed than as water per se, combining to give a feeling of simple minimalist stillness.

This was made from four images, each 10s at f/32 with 2-stop CP and ND8 filters, stacked in layers and tonemapped from 32- to 16-bit in PS, with film effects (Fuji Provia simulation) in DxO Optics Pro.
