Pink Sunrise
The view from Friar’s Crag along Derwentwater towards Borrowdale, early one October morning (about 7.45am); a perfectly still symmetrical reflection of pink sunrise, part of Catbells and an island in the lake.
Taken on the Shen-Hao large-format camera with Fuji Velvia (RVP) film.
...and then I strolled back to the b&b for breakfast, eyes twinkling, feeling like prehistoric wild-man returning to civilisation :)

You “strolled” back to b&b?! PigleT you’re so cool, I’d be strutting after getting a shot like that.

Thanks avocet.
Bobbie: grin Well, I also saw a proper woodpecker up a tree en route back too – a very pleasant nature-watching early morning :)
