The Family Foxglove Frolic Freely in Fantasy Forest behind the Franklin Family Farm where they Feast on Fowl most Fare !
l have a real love of foxes but where we live unfortunately they are considered an introduced common vermin ,you are more likely to see them hanging from a fence by their tail than frolicking anywhere,l know they impact our native wildlife but l do feel a little sorry for them to,no species has a choice what breed its born too only humans are to blame in our country anyway for bringing them here in the first place …….along with rabbits ..cane toads…camels etc, so this l guess is how l would like to think they could lead their life, knocking off the odd chook from the farm and living life away from the end of a loaded gun ….

Oh Trudi I feel for foxes too, they’re such handsome creatures. Gorgeous creation, they look so well with the foxgloves and the fox in the boat teasing the dragonfly is especially wonderful!
Thanks so much Georgie ,l love their aloofness, its just such a shame they don’t get on with our native wildlife :-(

Here in the USA Foxes are treated better than that, most people leave them alone , And I never saw one hanging over the fence. :(
In China the are trying to breed them for pets, that isn’t the best sulution, but better than hanging from a fence by your tale
Hi Patricia, unfortunately here in Australia they have a bounty on their heads, hunters in many cases get 15 dollars when they can produce a tail, on the road leading into our little country town at one stage there were more than 50 dead foxes hanging by their tails from the fence a horrible sight to witness when we were heading into the city for groceries, we asked our council to remove them and now they hang them out of sight ,unfortunately it is a day to day thing…..very hard when you are an animal lover despite knowing the damage they can do ..

Love the fox and the dragonfly esp.
Watched a film once on wolves and one of them literally stopped to smell the flowers. Obviously smarter than a lot of us.
These are delightful images Trudi.
Thank you so very much Rosy, l am picturing a wolf taking in the heady scents of the wildflowers, it would make such a beautiful still picture lol !!
