The almost Bonsai shape of the twisted Hawthorn Tree pays homage to the winds that ravage the landscape of the Isle of Skye….and I confess to shooting the several images I took of this in a hurry, and with bad language…the wind was straight from the North, and without mercy, in other words, I was bloody frozen to the marrow , LOL !!
This is a view of Beinn na Cro of the Red Cuillin of the Isle of Skye, above Torrin.
Shot on my CANON EOS 7D, tripod, no filters, Sigma 10-20mm lens set at 13mm, iso 100, auto white balance, f20, 1/15 sec, -2/3 EV.
Single RAW file processed in Photoshop CS5.
I HAVE CALENDARS FOR SALE, SEE BELOW…JUST ONE EXAMPLE…THERE ARE MORE !!
