I thought it would be a good idea to post a Summer image, with our very prolonged cold Winter here in the UK !!
August can be very wet here in the West Highlands of Scotland…….so a great opportunity to get out and shoot the swollen burns ! ( a burn is a stream or river.)
A place I go to often with my dog, so I call it " Lucy’s Waterfall " !
I chose a long shutter speed to blur the fast moving water.
Shot on my Canon Eos 40D, tripod, polarising filter, 28mm, f23, iso 100, auto wb, three RAW files, processed in Photomatix, polished in Adobe CS3.
Lab mode for extra colour and sharpening.
