Another view of this beautiful village sitting on the shores of Loch Carron, with a backdrop of the Applecross and Torridon Hills. Extremely and desevedly popular with the tourists.
Taken around eight years ago on my Ricoh KR10 Super mounted on a tripod, F 11, can’t remember the lens, polarising filter, scanned into my PC on my Nikon Coolscan VED, then into Adobe PS CS3, with a little tidying up of noise/dust.
Shot on Fuji Velvia, 50asa. tricky film but fantastic for Landscape when you got it right !

So that is what the tops of the Applecross hills look like, i stayed at Applecross campsite and came over the top of there everyday and never once saw the sunshine LOL I will definitely go back, it is a shame it is a 71/2 hour drive or i would return even more :)
