A magical landscape, where if you sit a while, you will indeed spot a fairy or two !!
My beloved Isle of Skye.
The Fairy Pools are a series of rapids flowing over the rocks of a small ravine in the shadow of the Cuillin Mountains of Skye. With a backdrop like this….......who could fail with the camera ?!!
There is a great trail beside the falls, one of my fave walks on Skye !

Shot on a Canon EOS 40D.with polarising filter, mounted on tripod, f22, iso 100, single RAW file processed in Photomatix, then finished off in Photoshop CS3.
