Harbour at Kyleakin, Isle of Skye.
A huge menacing cloud approaches Kyleakin Harbour.
The ruined castle dates back to the twelfth century.
Shot on a Canon EOS 40D, mounted on a tripod, with polariser attached to the lens, then a single RAW file was processed in Photomatix, again in Photoshop CS3 for a few adjustments. Shot in aperture priority mode at F22.
As always in the Highlands of Scotland, things were too transitory to do a five exposure HDR, the wind came along and ruined the reflection !!
