I spent most of my working career in the restaurant business. At one point I worked for a large, very successful chain restaurant here in the U. S. I was involved in close to 50 restaurant openings during my time with that company so I met a lot of construction workers and craftsmen in the days coming up to the opening day. It was always a high pressure time. The construction always seemed late and we never missed an opening date so the last two weeks were tense and I was always quetioning and pushing the construction crew. I asked this guy if he was going to finish on time, he seemed to be taking his time, didn’t seem to feel the pressure at all. and he said son you can’t rush a man who knows his craft, you want it quick or do you want it right? I laughed and we talked about his craft and then I took his photo. The ultimate craftsman! Philadelphia, PA USA
