Taken 2/06/10 after 24" of snow, Fishing Creek Valley, PA USA There were still flurries, high winds and cold but it all combined for some interesting photos and a great day of shooting these guys.

Fantastic shot! Reminds me of a scene in the movie The Man from Snowy River.
Thanks Jay, I remember having a feeling of Deja Vu but couldn’t put my finger on it, you may be right. I’ll have to watch the movie again! Tony

Are they wild?
No Corri, not wild. They live across the street from my home on a hundred acre farm. The owner doesn’t live there, just shows up once a day, maybe, to put some hay out for them. They have little to no human contact. They were quite surprised to see me in that storm and wouldn’t let me get close to them, if I did they took off. They are more used to me now, some come up to get stroked but about half of them still keep a distance from me but mosey off instead of running. Tony
