This is a collage of three different fireworks put together the images are real I have captured them over a period of three years I just thought they would look cool in one image! All three images were shot on a tripod, all three images were shot at 100iso with a manual shutter release on 3 sec count at f4,0 the star image was shot in front of the university the other two were shot on a black sky at the stadium behind the university. all three were brought in to Photoshop for post processing. The image was flattened and worked in adjustments and shadow highlights doing the tone mapping from there by eye. The box firework did not show up well in the thumbnails of other postings but when open on full view everything shows up great!

    Looks Great!!!

  • Thanks Brian! This even shows up in the thumbnail . The Redlands University was celebrfating it centenial year in 2007 and had the clock tower building lit up so I chose to shoot the show that year in front of the building.

Great shot , but can you do me a favour and add some information on the HDR process, things like , handheld or tripod, how many exposures if you have the setting even better, what software was used. That way I can accept into HDR Photography group.
