On July 19, 2011 a federal judge lifted the temporary injunction granted to Cloud Foundation, thus allowing BLM’s planned wild horse removal from the Triple B HMA in Nevada to proceed.
Wild horses are regularly gathered and removed from their native ranges to make room for cattle and other profit-generating livestock.
