I broke up from a 25 year marriage once. Still here. Actually, staying in it would have killed me. We can take more pain than we think we can. Better to feel it than not to feel it.

Gosh, when I did it I danced around the house and drank a bottle of Lindauer Fraise. I couldn’t have been happier.
It was the build up to the act that hurt – but it sets you free when you take charge of your own happiness. Very empowering.
