How to create text and image links video

Over in RedBubble HQ land, I get asked to do all sorts of things and recently Peter thought it might be funny useful to make some help videos on how to do some typical RedBubble stuff.

Here’s the first one on how to make image and text links. So if you ever wanted to be shown and talked through this process or just want to hear what I sound like when I’m trying to act like I know what I’m doing, check it out.

Works great – awesome job – the instructions are perfect and really simple to understand.
If anyone can’t get it running, you may need to install QuickTime (www.quicktime.com )

    Very well done tutorial.

P.S I had quicktime as well But I did have to upgrade because the “Older” version was missing a compressor.

A video about how to apply fake blood and make it look real would be real cool :-D

I have to be able to do it with screen shots Faizan, and I’m not sure that blood making is all that relevant to RedBubble features, but who knows, could be fun :)

I’ve got an Idea. Not sure if you guys are going to make a section on this or not. But a video about navigating ones way around redbubble i.e the community where are the new works located, recent sales etc and or the forums where are the located in the community and the groups as well . Maybe even add how to put your photo in the buyers booth. Just an Idea

  • SnowDog

Well done Jo very clear !! Love the sound of your voice!

You need to do more of these!!

Thanks Jo, that was great and answered a few questions I had but thought too silly to ask. Suggestion about another video would be how to put all those lovely borders/matts around the shots that some people have.

  • Mike Emmett

All the amusing responses are taken, so I’ll suggest a “how to promote your redbubble portfolio on FaceBook/MyShit”

  • Greg Halliday

Very good Jo and it’s great to hear your voice.

By the way, quicktime sux and loads down your pc horribly (I’ve suffered many crashes in the past). Do your selves a favour and uninstall it immediately and instead install QuickTime Alternative It’s faster and more stable. For those of you with Mac’s, ha!! ;-)

There’s also a Real Alternative to dodge Realtime for the same reason.

This is a very good tutorial, well presented and easy to follow. I hope you keep it up and go into more detail for other red bubble features. Good work.

Ah, yes this is a bit old now. I’ve just updated the link. It should work for you now.
