Fantastic view on top of Mount Sulphur, Alberta! We took the gondola and then climbed the stairs and walked to the end where in 1903, a meteorological observatory building was completed.
Sulphur Mountain is at the end of a ridge that is over 3.5 kilometers long and starts at the summit of Sanson Peak and passes the Banff Gondola.
The views become increasingly spectacular as you climb 698m (2,292 ft) to an elevation of 2,281m (7,486 ft) at the Summit Upper Terminal ref: http://www.explorerockies.com/banff-gondola/
