The Peace Tower is part of Center Block building of the Parliament, located on the Wellington Street in the Parliament Hill area of downtown Ottawa.

The 16ft diameter clock faces are located near the top of the 300 ft tower.

Built as a memorial to those fallen in WW-I, the Peace Tower replaced the original Victoria Tower in 1922. The Clock was a gift from the British Government in recognition of the 60th anniversary of Confederation. ref: http://www.waymarking.com/waymarks/WM7XG5_Peace...
