To the scots who lent the scottish town name of Kincardine, to this one in Ontario.
Kincardine, a small fishing town on the shores of Lake Huron is perhaps best known for its Saturday evening Scottish Bagpipe Parade and Concert, held traditionally from late June until Labour Day.
Kincardine has a rich marine history and a vibrant waterfront with 30 kms of sandy beach. Whether it’s a casual stroll on the beach and scenic boardwalk, Kincardine is definitely a destination worth seeing. ref: http://www.soto.on.ca/lake_huron_and_georgian_b...
