I am a semi retired Graphic Designer living in country NSW, Australia. A husband, and father of one daughter… I have had a passion for photography since getting a plastic ‘snappy’ camera for Christmas (many moons ago). My passion is to photograph Australian wildlife and flora.
I have been involved in photography for around 43 years both as an amateur and semi professional. I also worked for the Department of Defence as a graphic designer where my photographic skills were also put to good use.
Australia is a wonderfully unique country with some very unusual animals and flora. This is a lucky country in so many ways.
I currently use a Canon 20d, 17-85 EF IS usm, 100-300 EF usm, Sigma 400 f5.6 APO Macro, Sigma 170-500mm APO DG. My preferred camera is Kodak’s .00001mp ‘Box Brownie’. Photoshop for post processing and correction.
Constructive critiques of my work are always welcome.
The proceeds of any sales of my work through RedBubble will be donated to NANA (no not my grandmother), who do a wonderful job of rescuing abandoned and injured wildlife.
