Iron Men and Windfarms
Antony Gormley’s Iron Men installation, Another Place, on Crosby beach, Liverpool, is a strangly moving set of figures as they look out to sea; lonely, waiting.
I like this view which mixes the scuptures, the public and the windfarm on the east side of the River Mersey’ mouth.
The stretch of land on the horizon to the right is The Wirral, where we live.

A lovely shot of these amazing sculptures…I am very glad they did not remove them as they threatened to do so a while back for health and safety reasons!!!!!!
