Fantastic shot Geraldine, the clouds sun and silhouette work a treat.
Geographically it is not quite accurate if you don’t mind feedback. The name ‘Snowy Mountains’ generally refers to the mountains surrounding the snowy river in NSW near Mt Kosciuszko and the mountain on the right of the shot is Victoria’s highest peak Mt Bogong (1986m). At Tawonga South down in the valley you can see Mt Fainter and Mt Hotham is well over the horizon behind this. Falls Creek is more in the direction of this shot but still beyond the horizon. A few years ago I slept in the back of my car at Tawonga Gap, great spot.
