interesting pushed and pulled focus to draw the eye right to the people. i like this high key approach with minimal points of strong color. what a great city to be a photographer!
This is from my “Layover in Paris” series. I was traveling from the States to South Africa and had 10 hours to enjoy this beautiful city. You could shoot for weeks straight without getting bored. I’ll have to go back.
The lens I used here is called a LensBaby. It’s an interesting tool to purposely throw focus in different ways. I had to take a break from the commercialized manner in which I was trained, so I purchased this lens for this trip. I shot a lot of nice images with it.
